OVERVIEW
Overview
Hezarin Oil runs a motor oil blending plant in Erbil. Base oils of Groups I to III and additive packages arrive from established European and Gulf suppliers; everything after the gate is done here — formulation, blending, laboratory release and filling. Engine oils only: the plant is designed for 12,000 tonnes a year and every batch leaves with a test report that can be recalled by its number.

OPERATIONS
Blending
Four agitated vessels of 12 m³ with heated jackets and inline additive dosing to ±0.3 %. Vessels are dedicated by product line, so a heavy-duty diesel blend never follows a low-SAPS passenger car oil through the same pipework.
OPERATIONS
Laboratory release
Eighteen tests per batch, run twice: once on the blend in the vessel and once on a retained sample pulled off the filling line. Nothing is packed while a result is still outstanding.

Distribution
Own fleet inside the Kurdistan Region with next-day delivery; federal Iraq and export shipments move on a weekly schedule through contracted carriers.
