THE PLANT
Four units. Gate to pallet.
Base oils and additives are received on one side of the site and leave as a sealed pack on the other. There is no refining here and the site does not pretend otherwise: what happens in between is formulation, blending, testing and filling.

Raw material intake
Base oils in heated tanks, additive packages in the drum store. Every delivery is sampled at the gate before discharge and the supplier's certificate is checked against the sample, not filed unread.
